30-Day Guarantee
If Kiseki is not the right fit, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will return the full amount.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@kisekiapp.com with your Lemon Squeezy order number (e.g.,
#KS-1234) or Setapp receipt. - If you bought the Lifetime license, please deactivate Kiseki on your Mac before contacting us.
- We respond within two business days and trigger the refund through Lemon Squeezy. Your bank may need additional time to reflect the credit.
Eligibility
- Request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The license has not been resold or transferred.
- No previous refunds were granted for the same customer.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests submitted after 30 days.
- Evidence of abuse, chargeback fraud, or violation of the Terms of Service.
- Bulk licenses purchased for redistribution.
