30-Day Guarantee

If Kiseki is not the right fit, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will return the full amount.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@kisekiapp.com with your Lemon Squeezy order number (e.g., #KS-1234) or Setapp receipt.
  2. If you bought the Lifetime license, please deactivate Kiseki on your Mac before contacting us.
  3. We respond within two business days and trigger the refund through Lemon Squeezy. Your bank may need additional time to reflect the credit.

Eligibility

  • Request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The license has not been resold or transferred.
  • No previous refunds were granted for the same customer.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests submitted after 30 days.
  • Evidence of abuse, chargeback fraud, or violation of the Terms of Service.
  • Bulk licenses purchased for redistribution.
